Aleida Frometa----Administrative Assistant
Aleida Frometa is a native of Cuba and grew up in Rockford, IL. She has been a certified dental assistant for 19 years. Aleida has worked in various aspects of dentistry including cosmetic and endodontics, but especially enjoys pediatrics. She has a special gift of helping children conquer their fear of dentistry through laughter. Her second career is singing and acting. She has been performing since the age of seven. Aleida is excited to help educate and assist in treating all of our wonderful patients at Children's Dentistry at Stonecrest.



Maxine Handsor---Lead Dental Assistant
Maxine Handsor is a native of Buffalo, NY by way of Canada. She graduated from the University of Buffalo as a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been in dentistry for over 20 years, with the last 11 years in the specialty of pediatric dentistry.
She and Dr. Windham have worked together in the past, and are definitely not strangers. She is extremely excited to be a part of the Children's Dentistry at Stonecrest team. Maxine looks forward to making your child's dental experience a fun and pleasant one.




Turkessa Harrison---Hygiene Coordinator
Turkessa Williams Harrison is a native of Atlanta, GA. Turkessa has been in the dental field for eight years and her passion is pediatric dentistry. Turkessa enjoys spending time with her family. She also has a strong love for event planning, such as weddings and various social parties. Turkessa and Dr. Windham have a long working relationship and look forward to making your child's dental experience a pleasant one.



Calvina Freeman---Receptionist
Calvina Freeman is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Atlanta College of Medical and Dental Careers. Calvina has been in the Dental field for over 20 years. She is always ready to serve the needs of patients with her long term ability and education in Dentistry. She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.




Angelique Smith--Dental Assistant
Angelique Smith is a native of New Orleans ,Louisiana. She relocated to Georgia in 2005 due to Hurricane Katrina. Angelique graduated from Bryman College in 1997. Although she has worked in several other sectors of Dentistry, she strongly prefers Pediatrics and has been working with children since 2000. She is the proud mother of three. Angelique has a Children's Entertainment business known as "Fairy Ann from Storyland" which consist of balloon sculpting, face painting, Characters and Storytelling. She loves kids and looks forward to working with all of the children at Children's Dentistry at Stonecrest.



LaMetrick McClain---Registered Dental Hygienist
LaMetrick is a native of Society Hill, South Carolina. He's a graduate of Florence Darlington Technical College, where he received an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. He has over 14 years of dental experience. LaMetrick has received formal training in the area of dental hygiene from the Ft. Sam Houston Academy of Health Sciences located in San Antonio, TX. He's a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and Atlanta Dental Hygiene Association. In his spare time he enjoys International travel, Fine Dining and Reading. Furthermore, he has exceptional passion to educate his patients on proper oral hygiene and maintaining a healthy smile.




Shantavia Dudley---Dental Assistant
Shantavia is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Atlanta Technical College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been in Dentistry for over 5 years with her love of Pediatric Dentistry. Shantavia deeply enjoys providing gentle, loving and safe dentistry while keeping you and your child comfortable and smiling.




Kenya Tyson---Registered Dental Hygienist
Kenya Tyson was raised in Atlanta, Georgia by her two loving parents. For several years, Kenya worked in the dental field as a Dental Assistant in Atlanta before relocating to Athens, Georgia to pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene, Kenya is excited to motivate, educate and inspire happy healthy smiles.

 

Christine Baptiste---Dental Assistant
Christine Baptiste is a native of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. She graduated from United Education Institute in Morrow, Georgia as a dental assistant. Christine has spent the last five years working with children from ages 1 to 13 as a teacher after school counselor. It is no wonder she chose pediatric dentistry above all other specilties. She enjoys working with children and is very excited to be part of the team here at Children's Dentistry at Stonecrest.
